From a shared drive of PDFs to answers you can trust

One repository, organised your way

Keep contracts in nested folders, share a folder with colleagues, and find anything by full text, clause, tag, contract type or upload date. Search results show what is about to expire and export to Excel.

  • Full-text and clause-level search
  • Folder sharing with colleagues
  • PDF contracts, digital or scanned

Illustration: a search for “termination for convenience” in master service agreements, listing four fictional contracts with their counterparty, renewal date and status.

AI reads the contract so your team does not have to

When a contract is uploaded, Quoqo Legacy identifies its type and renewal date, then checks it against the clause types that fit that kind of contract: probation and notice period in an employment contract, rent escalation and security deposit in a lease, service levels and step-in rights in an outsourcing deal. More than 200 clause types are covered, and unusual clauses outside the list are picked up too. Scanned PDFs are run through OCR first.

  • Key clauses highlighted in the document
  • Clauses the AI is unsure about go to a reviewer
  • Search across contracts by clause

Know the risks in what you signed

After a document is uploaded, AI reads it for problems that are easy to miss: clauses that contradict each other, such as a fee written one way in figures and another in words; stored details, like an end date, that disagree with the document; and incomplete content, from headings with no text and blanks left to fill in to schedules that are referred to but not attached. Typos are flagged too, at low severity. Each finding is highlighted with its severity for someone to resolve or dismiss.

  • Contradictions, data mismatches and incomplete content
  • High, medium and low severity, with the quoted text
  • Highlights only: the AI never edits or deletes your contracts

Illustration: the document checks for a fictional freight agreement, listing a high-severity contradiction between a fee in figures and in words, a missing schedule, a stored end date that disagrees with the document and a low-severity typo, with Resolve and Dismiss buttons.

See at a glance what is actually signed

Each document gets a signature status: signed, partially signed, unsigned or no signature needed. Quoqo Legacy reads it from the e-signature record when the document came from an e-signature service, from the PDF’s digital signature fields, or by having AI read the signature pages. Unsigned and partially signed documents are flagged, and the person who uploaded them is notified.

  • Status from e-signature records, PDF signature fields or AI
  • Unsigned and partially signed documents flagged for review
  • The uploader is notified in the app, and in Teams or Slack if connected

Illustration: four fictional documents with their signature status, one signed from its e-signature record, one partially signed from its PDF signature fields, one unsigned after AI read its signature page and one needing no signature, above an alert that an unsigned document needs attention.

Renewals and obligations on one calendar

AI suggests the obligations in each contract, such as renewals, payments and notice periods, quoting the clause each one comes from. Accept, edit or remove each suggestion, or add your own, and see everything due on a calendar. Owners are reminded by email and in the app before each date, and company admins are reminded 90, 60, 45 and 30 days before a contract renews.

  • AI-suggested obligations you accept, edit or remove one by one
  • Calendar of everything due, in a month or agenda view
  • Reminders before each obligation and renewal date

Ask your documents, and see where the answer came from

Ask a question about a folder, a set of search results or a single document. Answers are written from the documents themselves and cite the passages they rely on, and each citation opens the document at the right page. Search results also show a short summary of each document, so you know what it is before you open it.

  • Answers with cited sources, page by page
  • Ask about one document straight from search
  • A short summary for each document in search results

AI tables across your portfolio

Turn a search into a table: one row per document, with columns for stored details, clauses or a question of your own. Click Fill in and AI answers each question for every document as text, yes or no, a number, an amount, a date or one of your options, with the quote and page it is based on. Correct any answer, share the table with your company and export it to Excel.

  • Columns for details, clauses or your own questions
  • Every AI answer comes with its quote and page
  • Corrections you can make, and an Excel export

Signed documents arrive on their own

Connect DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign or QSign, and each completed envelope is imported automatically, with its completion certificate, into a folder named after the service or one you choose. Bring documents in from Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox by picking files and folders, or keep watching a folder so new and changed files are picked up.

  • DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign and QSign, imported on completion
  • Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox, picked or watched
  • Signers and completion date kept with the document

Alerts where your team already works

Send renewal alerts, obligation reminders, documents flagged for review, such as unsigned ones, and new documents to a Microsoft Teams or Slack channel. Each channel chooses its events and folders, and gets them instantly or as a daily digest at the hour you pick. In Slack, the /legacy command finds documents by name or type.

Sharing that stays under control

Share a folder with the colleagues who need it, keep everyone else to their own folders, and see who uploaded, moved, changed or deleted what in the activity log.

  • Folder sharing with colleagues
  • Role-based access for admins and users
  • Activity log you can export

What is Quoqo Legacy?

A secure repository for the contracts your company has already signed. It reads each contract with AI, makes it searchable, and reminds your admins before renewals.

Which files can I upload?

PDF contracts, digital or scanned, as well as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CSV files. Anything that is not a PDF is converted to PDF when it arrives, scanned pages are run through OCR so their text becomes searchable, and AI extraction runs on every document. Imports from Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox take PDF, Word, Excel and CSV files.

What does the AI extract?

The contract type and renewal date, the text of each clause it finds, and the obligations in the contract, such as renewals, payments and notice periods. The AI knows more than 200 clause types across 12 kinds of contract, from limitation of liability and data protection to probation periods, rent escalation and step-in rights, and it also notes unusual clauses outside that list. Clauses it is unsure about are sent to a reviewer to confirm or dispute.

Does Quoqo Legacy change my contracts?

No. Document checks only highlight what they find: contradictions between clauses, stored details that disagree with the document, incomplete content such as blanks, placeholders, headings with no text or missing schedules, and typos, which are always low severity. Someone on your team resolves or dismisses each finding. The AI never edits or deletes your contracts, and the files you upload are not modified.

How does the signature check work?

Each document is marked signed, partially signed, unsigned or no signature needed. The status comes from the e-signature record for documents imported from DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign or QSign, from the PDF’s digital signature fields, or from AI reading the signature pages. Unsigned and partially signed documents are flagged for review and the person who uploaded them gets a notification in the app, and in Teams or Slack if your company has connected a channel.

How do renewal reminders work?

Your company admins are reminded 90, 60, 45 and 30 days before a contract’s renewal date, in the app and by email. Every week, admins also receive a summary of the renewals coming up and the contracts missing a renewal date.

Can I ask questions about my contracts?

Yes. Ask a question about a folder, a set of search results or a single document. The answer is written from those documents and cites the passages it uses, each linking to the page it came from. If the documents do not contain the answer, it says so.

Which services does Quoqo Legacy connect to?

E-signature: DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign and QSign, whose completed documents are imported automatically into a folder named after the service. Cloud storage: Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox, where you pick files and folders or watch a folder for new files. Messaging: Microsoft Teams and Slack. Company admins set up the e-signature and messaging connections; each person can connect their own cloud storage.

What can Quoqo Legacy send to Microsoft Teams or Slack?

Renewal alerts, obligation reminders, documents flagged for review, such as unsigned documents, newly added documents and other updates. Each channel chooses its events and folders, and receives them instantly or as a daily digest at a set hour. In Slack, the /legacy command searches your documents by name and type.

Who can see my documents?

Each company sees only its own documents, folders and users, and within your company people see only the folders they own or that are shared with them; your admins manage who has access. To extract terms, run checks, write summaries and answer questions, Quoqo Legacy sends the relevant document text to the AI services it uses for that processing.

How is pricing calculated, and in which currency?

Per user, per month. Annual plans cost ten months for a year. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI pages (pages of documents read by AI) and AI questions, shared by your company; one-time top-ups add more when you need it, valid for 12 months. Companies billed in India pay in INR through Razorpay; everyone else pays in USD through Stripe.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Cancel within 7 days of your first payment and it is refunded in full, automatically. The refund covers your first payment only.

Can I add users or change plan later?

Add or remove users any time from the Billing page. Card payments in USD are prorated for the rest of the period. For INR billing, a change in users may take effect at your next renewal, and to change plan, contact us.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your team keeps full access for 7 days while the payment is retried. If it still fails, sign-in is paused until you update your payment method. Your data is kept.

What happens when I cancel?

Your team keeps access until the end of the period you paid for. Your data is kept; contact us if you would like it exported or deleted.

Do you support single sign-on?

Yes. SAML single sign-on is available to Enterprise customers on a dedicated deployment. Contact sales and we will set it up with your identity provider.

Which languages are available?

The app is available in English and French, and each person chooses their own language. Text extraction from scanned documents currently supports English.

When should I choose Enterprise?

When you need more than 100 users, single sign-on, or invoiced billing instead of card payments. Contact sales and we will set it up with you.
